    22g per serving, 4 servings per lb = 98g of protein from my dinner tonight, not including the wheat pasta, bell peppers, and onion. Its like a gift from god.

    ^:rofl::rofl::rofl:

    not sure, I've heard different things....I'm pretty sure they are the similiar animals but possibly different (as in which part of North America they are from)

    I just get a pound or two of ground bison at the local Whole Foods and eat it raw in various manners.

    I can't tell if your joking. How do you make it so you eat it raw?

    One great way is to order a pizza with whatever you want on it and spread about 1/2-3/4 inch on top of each slice and enjoy. Another way is to add some hot sauce and eat with chips. I have also made a spinach based salad with some sprouts, tomatoes, olive oil and raw bison. You can do alot of things with raw bison just make sure the place you buy it from is clean.

    The problem with cooking bison is it's so lean if you do anything past searing both sides it gets a bit to dry for me and loses a lot of taste.
