    Deadlift: blah blah blah 505x1 new PR clean this time though a little slow.

    Leg extentions
    Leg curls
    Abs
    Elliptical for 20 min

    Crunking.

    DB Bench: 40x10, 65x10, 75x8, 85x6, 95x4, 95x6 (havn't done DB is forever and it was hard :(

    Flys super setted with Tate Press: 40lbs 3x8

    Skull Curshes: 80lbs 3x10

    Single Pully Rope Tri-pushdowns: 70lbs 3x8

    DB Curls: 20x15, 25x15, 30x15

    EZ bar curls: 80lbs 3x8

    40 minutes elliptical

    Cruniking.

    Reverse pec deck: 50x8,60x8,70x8

    One arm deadlift: 115x5, 135x5
    Plate pinch: 2 25s 3x20 seconds.

    Then did a bunch of supersets of Bi's and Tri's

    Wide grip cable rows: 200x8, 220x3x8
    Close grip pull downs: 165x3x6

    Abs
    30minutes on elliptical

    Felt week today. This weekend I was sleeping like 11+ hours a night.

    Squat: 135x10 205x10 285x8 335x6 365x4 385x2
    Deadlift: 315x3x6 I had almost no energy left
    Shrugs: 225x3x10
    Abs
    Plate Curls: 25lbs 5,6,8 reps.

    I couldn't punch anything today so I went to the gym.

    Hub pinching: got a 45lbe plate to waist level for the first time.

    Deadlift:

    365x3
    415x1
    435x1 double over hand PR
    465x1 then my right shoulder started to hurt.

    315x8 RD shoulder was still hurting

    side raise: 30x2x10, 35x2x8
    Shurgs: 100,105,110x10

    abs, 20mins on the treadmill.

    I have lots of excuses why i'm not. Want to hear them?

    I only make it to the gym like 2x a week now. :wtc: Its squat/deadlift and then random upper body day.
