Me and my lifting partner are interested in getting into crush grip. Doesn't one of the companies make a trainer crunker that you can switch springs out on?

Hook me up with some resources, good places to get started.

You are talking about the Ivanko contraption.

I'd say go get the heaviest one from a local sports store (usually equal to about 1/2 the weight of the #1 from CoC) for a warm up gripper than get a trainer and #1 from CoC
    -OR-
Go get a set from Heavy grips: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300. The 100 is only about 10lbs stiffer than my cheap sports store heavy gripper so it isn't very tough to close. The 150 is about halfway between the 100 and the CoC #1. The 200 is about 10lbs stiffer than the CoC #1.
