Groin Pull problem

    I pulled my groin muscle thats about to be 3 weeks now that I have rested. I pulled it playing basketball. I still have a pain their its gotten better but its taking a long time to heal. Is their anything to make it better and heal faster. I havnt been able to practice with my team for a while now.

    located like in my lower ab I guess you can call it. I've had it before like last year, and I went to the doctor for it and it wasn't hernia or anything.

    Rest, Ice, and compression. You could buy some rehband shorts and see if they help at all. As long as you've ruled out a hernia its the only thing you can do.

    would compression shorts help deal with the pain better for playing basketball?
