    I cook at work for 10 hours and eat alot of good shit there. Don't feel like cooking much at home, so would frozen chicken do fine? I got that, some stir fry vegetables, alot of rice, i'm picking up some tuna and making tuna salad tomorrow.

    chicken stir fry = :bowdown::yum:

    i make that all the time... also, fish stir fry is quite good... or chicken/fish with brown rice :yum:
    those are pretty much staples for my day-to-day lunch
