    Squats
    Lunges
    Deadlifts
    Leg Curl

    Shes already got a great bod but looking to get a bigger shapely booty and thighs...:x:

    In addition to what you already posted, SLDL's and leg press. More than enough quality lifts there to give her all the ass she could ever want and some great thighs.

    Yes, they work well. You need some good padding on the bar though.
