  1. I see quite a few of you are into grip and forearm strength. Can someone point me into the right direction? I'm looking for those grippers that seem to be ever so popular on F&N. Where can I buy them?

Get a fatbar instead of grippers, fatbars = :wtc:

well it should be explained in the grip thread.

    But here are few extras

*fat bar will be your single best investment for overall grip strength
*holding strength has little correlation to crush, but crush seems to have an anecdotal correlation to holding.

My gym is getting a monolift, deadlift platform, two fatbars, and four fat bar db handles. I already got to try one of the fatbars and it was brutal trying to hold onto 135

I find the Heavy Grips way under rated, I can close the HG200 like 8times but cant close the #2 once :coolugh: So I would say start off with a trainer most likely

pretty much. or use them for things like upright rows, shrugs, static holds.

2" thick bar it the single best grip tool out there.

Have you heard the new rule change? You have to do it on a brand new, opened by the judge gripper but its still the CC set.
