balsamic vinegar goes great on any meat, especially bland shit like chicken and tuna. It's also low calorie

i like to just grill the chicken with salt, pepper, and some other spices, and then cut it up, throw it in a salad. Then add some low fat dressing.

I've been on a garlic lemon binge lately. Since my grill is off for the season I just cook this on a nonstick frying pan. Just coat the chicken with some garlic powder, throw it on the grill and let it cook in some lemon juice. Then about halfway done, cover the chicken in minced garlic. When it's done cooking you can just scrape the garlic off since most of teh flavor cooks in. And if you want put a little more lemon on after it's done cooking, that's good too. Put some parsley on there and you're good to go :bigthumb:. It's awesome with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.
