    Lighting info:
(2)Vivitar 285hv, 1/2 power, bare (with macro diffuser), camera left & right, wirelessly triggered via Cactus V2s triggers

Tons of hot spots, so meh. I like the contrasty lighting, but I think it just got a little too contrasty.... the highlights didn't look that bad on camera's LCD, and I guess I don't know how to read histograms properly

I was going to comment on the lighting. I think its works with the 'character' you're shooting. Kinda crazy and out there.

Thats just me...and I dont know jack shit. :wtc:

yeah I think it works fairly ok in this instance. At least some cheap shoot through umbrellas would diffuse it while still lighting the whole scene, as opposed to a small softbox.

A.) mad props to the FSU alum..
B.) Bare flash/lighting looks good for the scenes you did
C.) I liked it better straight on than the raised up shot you did
D.) I would clone out the gigantic rust stain on the grill

    thanks for the feedback!

his beer = he doesn't drink

the highlights actually don't look so bad on my work laptop (which maybe has a slightly better screen than my home pc)
