So I've heard a lot about Green Tea and all of it's greatness, but which kind should I get? Any brand healthier then the other?

They sell some instant green tea made my Lipton, I wouldn't get it, it's got like 70 calories per serving and some sugar. Get the tea bags, they've got no sugar, no calories and all the greatness. :)

Go to the natural foods section of your local grocery store and buy either loose tea or tea bags.

Thanks! I am going to replace my daily coke with a daily green tea. Just didn't want to go to something that wouldn't be beneficial.

Green tea is great for you... There are TONS of proven benefits by including it in your diet.

I try to get 2 cups a day in.

    You heard correctly.

There are also numerous other benefits such as being linked to decreasing chances of certain cancers, high antioxidant rate, diluting fat cells, etc...

My liquids everyday almost always only consist of water, coffee, and green tea.

the only issue with loose tea is that it can have a very high flourine content depending on where it grown

I lost my voice this weekend and I have started drinking hot green tea at least 3 cups of it a day. I'm hoping the habit continues even after I'm done being sick :wtc:
