Anybody else absolutely unable to tolerate this stuff?

I'm assuming it's the caffeine that's doing it. But, I take in plenty of caffeine in other forms, and it never has this effect.

I take it at the same times I take my multi and fish oil. Would there be any reason that combo might make me sick to my stomach?

I could have sworn that tea in general is a natural laxitive.

*caffeine* in general is a mild laxative.

I've never heard of just green tea caps doing that though :dunno:

Try taking the pills at different times to try and isolate which one is doing it. And try taking them with food, if you're not already.

I drink quite a bit. I'm into bicycling, so I try to stay pretty well hydrated. Probably lost a pound or two the last couple days though. Terrible.
I just added the GTE this past week. It's absolutely the only change I've made recently. That's why I blamed it for my... errrr... problem. Having said that... I felt like warmed-over hell in the gym today. Feverish and nauseated. I actually think I may be really and truly sick. Like, stomach virus, sick. Maybe it's not the green tea after all. I'm gonna lay off it until I feel 100%. Then, I'll give it another go. Thanks for the replies, fellas.

I've been taking GTE for the last 3 weeks without a single problem :dunno:

Then again I didn't really notice anything by taking it either :wtc:
