Got my new Bushy lower in the mail on Friday and mounted my new VLTOR Clubfoot and Tango Down Battlegrip on it. For the meantime, I think I'll take my Cav Arms "beater" upper and use it on this lower until I can get a new upper and mod this one the way I want. I'm thinking M4 upper, phantom FH, #40, DD 9.0, flip-up front sight, and an ACOG.

Here it is beside my recently color changed M4gery:

Thanks. Just gotta find some green handguards now. Those on there are a POS and don't even have heat shields. They get quite warm after a Beta dump.

Also, check out the "tactical" bolt catch. I hesitated about ordering it, but I'm glad I did. Makes for a much better shooting experiance and I may even order another for my other rifle.

I always thought that stud was a shitty idea. How hard was it to change?

What "stud" are you talking about? The factory bolt catch? If so, all you gotta do is tap out the roll pin. Don't lose the plunger and spring underneath. Get the new bolt catch, put it in place, then put the roll pin back in. Should take 3 minutes, tops.
