Don't you love the feeling you get when you envision a shot, set it up, take it and when you look at it on the LCD you just know you nailed it exactly how you wanted.

Unfortunately, haven't been that lucky yet. I can tell you how much it sucks when you don't nail it though! :wtc:

It is a pretty damned good feeling. I personally feel the best when I get published on ESPN. So rad!

You know you nailed the shoot when you go to edit the photos and you barely have to anything to the shot.

you can do that? I thought what I saw in the viewfinder was a rough approximation of the actual shot...

    Wirelessly posted via wap.offtopic.com (Opera/9.80 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/4.2.13918/1150; U; en) Presto/2.4.15)

I've had a couple that i didn't have to crop, push exposure, etc. Feels good, man. Unfortunately i'm not consistent enough to get a lot of those yet.

greatest feeling ever is busting a nut on a hooker with huge fake boobs shortly after doing 11 lines of coke off her landing strip

I live in a world w/o flashes. Concert photography can be a bitch, but i think I'm getting better...

I know the feeling–though not with photography but with graphic design (what I do for a living). It's nice after you get a brief from the boss to come up with a concept and idea in your head and then nail it exactly as you pictured it.

then the marketing guys come in and make you make everything bigger, "it needs to pop!", can you put a picture of my kid in there? etc...
