Great workout today!!

    I'm following an arm routine written within Muscle & Fitness ("2" to your arms in 4 weeks" :)greddy: but i'm trying it).


    Anywho... today combined Chest / #1 Arm workout

    Chest:

    Flat DB
    Incline Bench
    "hammer wide chest" 'station / machine'
    Flys


    Arm Workout #1

    Dip
    triangle pressdown
    Concentration DB Curl
    Seated incline DB curl


    Fuck.... my arms were so pumped up it was unbelievable.

    2 inches in 4 weeks seems almost seems to hard to believe. Let us know man.

    me and my buddy finished that a couple weeks ago...think my bi's grew a little :dunno:

    Well it defintely hits the bi's/tris harder than I have worked them before... usually because I am dead tired after my workouts for Chest / back / legs. This kind of forces you to work with a range of exercises with your arms.


    I'm going to scan the article and post.

    I didn't really like all the things in fine print you had to do on the 3rd/4th week...but the whole routine was something different than I'm used to, so I think it helped
