Can anyone recommend me some manga thats not exactly popular, but very good? I've read a lot of them, just trying to find some more. As for genre's, it doesn't really matter. I read pretty much anything: shonen, some shojo, even a few josei, but mostly seinen stuff. By great, I mean epic stuff, I'm not really a big fan of random slice of life, although I do enjoy Yotsubato!

I'll just throw 3 out there there that I enjoy that many people may not have heard of.

-similar feel to death note. Lots of little games/mind games going on in here. Very fun to read.

-Written by same author of 20th century boys. It also has a similar feel to it too.

-Josei manga. About a single guy raising his unwanted illegitimate aunt (yes read that right). His grandfather had a child with some unknown mystery woman, and when he passed, no one in the family was willing to raise her.

    Synopsis
"I have something I don't want to lose"

"So much so that these terrible feelings have grown."

A pianist who attempted suicide 3 times, Juri, is taken to help her aunt at a prison where murderers who killed indiscriminately are sentenced to death. There, she meets a man named Yuu who took the lives of 3 people. A mother's antagonism--a brother's death... Together they embrace the violent rebellion in their hearts caused by the large, deep scars they carry. However, before long, they both embrace an earnest hope in their hearts. "I want to live"...

An adaptation of novel by South Korea's most popular female novelist, Gong Ji-Young.

I thought that one was pretty well known. I got pretty far but kinda dropped it. I might pick it up again. There were a few minor things that irked me. Can't remember what they were though.

It does, the anime and manga are almost nothing alike. The manga is surprisingly good.

In that case, I might give it a try. I remember watching the anime for a couple of episodes and it was beyond redemption.

Yes, I'm hooked. We finally got to see the fourth sister so we can stop guessing what her theme name is.

Honestly, I didn't find that any bit believable. In fact most harems are somewhat unbelievable. Unless you find an island dragon god returning to an island and all three maidens fall in love with him somewhat believable.
It's a typical ecchi harem manga. The only difference is this guy doesn't seem to be a spinless shrimp whos oblivious to everything.
