Today I had one of those awesome training days, I was experimenting with a lot of new things, and hit a new level. I feel like I filled up several holes that were in my game, and actually beat all my training partners and instructor in our 5 minute timed drills. The thing that helped me the most was watching instructionals and live matches over and over and choosing a few moves to master. also... does the new mma tracker not work for any of you guys? I have 3 files that have been at 0% for the last few hours.
