Great Day At The Gym Today

    I pulled 225 for 5 today at 135lb which is about double from when I started doing them 3 weeks ago. Still can't get my bench over 115 though:wtc:

    Are you doing incline/decline bench excercises as well?

    yeah and I have recently started to do DBs as well, which I am starting to like a lot more
