What is it with grapefruit in the mornings? I was told by someone that its one of the best fruits you can have in the mornings due to its acidity levels. Any truth to this?

Mm...pomelo. There used to be this one grocery store in Hong Kong that sold peeled and skinned pomelo's...I bought a pack almost everyday, so delicious.

because of the high naringin content but the benefits are debatable.

i wish there was somewhere around her that sold peeled/skinned pumelo, i would buy it all the time. I love the stuff but i just hate peeling it, oranges as well. clementines aren't bad, they peel easy.
