    She was 98 years old..I knew it was coming..
    This is horrible. My stomach is in knots. I can't concentrate, I'm not hungry, I just feel sick.
    She was a constant in my life, but now she's gone. :wtc: :wtc:

    It's really hard, sorry. But it will become easier in time, even though it doesn't seem so.

    Care,for all is like a bonsai tree
    An into unending eternity Big Hug:hug:

    I think that I shall never see
    A poem lovely as a tree.
    A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
    Against the sweet earth's flowing breast;
    A tree that looks at God all day,
    And lifts her leafy arms to pray;

    A tree that may in Summer wear
    A nest of robins in her hair;
    Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
    Who intimately lives with rain.
    Poems are made by fools like me,
    But only God can make a tree.

    We are here for you. :love:

    If you want anything, a talk on msn [email protected] , or a prayer request, or anything or any kind of support do not hesitate to ask.

    98 Is an age not many people get to see, count your blessings on having your grandma all those great years in your life, she loves you, and will never leave you in your heart :love:

    Thanks for the kind thoughts :hug:

    So true. She was a wonderful lady and I'm glad she was around to see me grow up. :hs:
    I'm ok one minute, sad/crying the next. It'll just take time is all.

    You will be ok you might be sad now but life moves on.

    Maybe you can tell me why I'm like this this.. with my Granddad and nanna have passed on. I was a pallbearer at my grandfather’s funeral I thought I was close to them yet I seem to just except death I didn't realy fell anything sad etc.. and that was 2 years ago is that normal…. I kinda have a bad felling I could be like this with my own parents when there time comes.:noes: SO whats your thoughts on this. Am I just not a very feeling person.. I mean even other things people get worked up over I don't..

    I was raised by my Grandparents. First my Grampy dies, then a year later my Nannie died. It was the end of my world. I was 14.
    I felt so hollow (and still do).
    May you be spared further sorrow.

    My Grandma died a few months ago too. I've never been close to her and OI can count on one of my hands the number of times I saw her. Her death didn't mean anything to me. I didn't even attend her funeral and I didn't even think twice about her dying. Does that make me a bad person?

    No, it just means that you aren't from a very "close" family. You aren't a bad person.

    There's nothing wrong with you..some people just don't show emotion, they grieve in their own way. It's not like you were happy they died or anything.

    Tomorrow is the funeral, I am not looking forward to that. I'm still pretty bummed, but coming to terms with it. Time heals.. :hs:

    98? Nice work. My greatgrandma got to 93. She was a tough old bird and I never had anything unresolved with her so I was able to let her go.

    If you have things to say to her... say it. You need that release

    That's how you should look at it. :) We can only hope to be as tough as they were when we're all 90.
