GPP shit on off days?

    Would it be detrimental to start tossing in some GPP type stuff on my off days (tuesday, thursday, saturday)

    I really gotta start dragging my ass into shape. I'm getting stronger and building muslce, but I'm starting to feel Wendler-esq... I feel terrible right now.

    Nope, from whwat I've read Louie does it. Some sled draging, sledge hammer work and possible wheelbarrow or tire shit would be good.
