    fucking hell how painful is this, any cures or drugs to stop this kicking in, cant fucking walk

    It's a bitch man. See the Dr, have them test your uric acid level and get on allopurinol. I was doing low carb and got lots of attacks whether I had seafood or not. Once the allopurinol kicked in I only got minor attacks once in a while. If you're in the middle of an attack now call the Dr and get some naproxin or indomethacin, if it's real bad you'll get some colchocine too. Either way, good luck, it can be a painful bitch. Oh and it moves around, starts in big toe, goes to ankle, knees, elbow.
