Alright my friend has this 91 S10 Tahoe and he is pretty much restoring it from the groun up. He just got it as his project car, well, truck, and he knows nothing about it. Do any of you guys happen to know the Bolt pattern for it? Also, do you know of any web sites that sell replacment quarter panels and bumpers and stuff? Thanks a lot for the help

Buy a Haynes manual. it will have all that info in it plus detailed descriptions of how to do anything you want to the truck.
