What do you guys think? Its pretty cool, comes in original-esk packaging. The magazine and gun are wrapped in wax paper, comes with a WWI field manual for it.

He had a WWII era 1911 (not a colt though) that was stolen and never recovered. So I think this will be a nice replacement. Also includes a free hour at the indoor pistol range.

ya, only thing that kinda sucks is he has to go down and fill out of the registration paper work on tuesday (day after xmas) then go through the 7 day waiting period. He'll have fun opening the empty box though and we can take the free hour of range time then, so at least he'll get to shoot it before the waiting period. =D
