got some progress photos to share

    work out every day for 1 hr, protein 3x a day, 10-20mg creatine every day, not a necessarily healthy diet, just good sizing on the portions. mostly meat, chicken, rice, veggies.

    I'm a naturally small boned guy so its been hard for me to get muscle built. i am still the same weight (165lb). way better definition though

    for starters they wont really be supportive if you get defensive right off the bat

    just keep at it... even though we cant see progress, if you feel good about what youve done, if youve gained weight, gotten stronger, etc then that should be enough

    F&N is just a way to force objectivity and push yourself further

    good gains man. you definitely look fuller and gained some muscle. keep working hard it only gets better and more addicting. enjoy growing while it lasts and take advantage of it.

    I mean... this isn't a progress pics thread. if there was some noticeable difference or something to actually compare to, then I'd give credit where credit is due. stick to eating like you have been (maybe more), lift heavy, and post up real progress pics after a year of doing it.

    remember to focus on compound movements no matter how much they suck. this is the best advice you can get, trust me. squat, deadlift, bench press, row movements etc. dont neglect legs, if you want big arms, train your legs hard. keep your form strict and dont get injured trying to pull or push more than you can either though.

    Put your arms up over your head for a few sessions when you go tanning. Then once your armpits are close to the rest of your body you can do 1/2 time arms at side, 1/2 time arms up over head.

    That way your armpits will not be pasty as fuck.
