I am very impressed with his work. The trigger pre-travel is down, the pull is so much smoother, and the break is easy and clean. That trigger felt like shit before.

My first chance to test it out will be 9 AM on Wednesday morning, since Wed/Thur are my nights off. I'll see how much I really like his sight instead of the stock one.

I'm pretty happy with Dan's work, without having even fired it yet. :bigthumb:

By the time I even got the PayPal invoice, he had already shipped the gun. :coold:

    Shipping to him: $45
    Standard trigger job: $65
    Pre-travel reduction: $30
    Burwell rear sight: $37
    Return shipping: $45

    Total without shipping: $132
Total incl shipping both ways: $222

That whole business of having to express a handgun anywhere you send it is obviously a huge contributor.

    I haven't taken any pics.

When you want to ship a handgun it has to be sent overnight via FedEx or UPS. Sending a 2lb overnight package (just big enough to ship the gun in some padding) from here to Duncansville, PA costs $45.

You could of shipped it 2nd day service and saved some money. You no longer have to ship handguns next day air.

No it does not. FFLs can handguns via USPS priority (and maybe even regular mail). I've reguarly paid $20 for an FFL close to me to ship pistols.

I want to know how improved that trigger is.
The trigger doesn't bother me THAT much, but since my 9c is my everyday carry gun, I think I'd still like to have a trigger job done anyway.
Can't hurt to have less overtravel, cleaner break and reset, etc.
