Yay. I was squatting today, for the first time in awhile since I hurt my knee pretty good. I did a warmup set with just the bar and then racked up 25 lbs. and did a couple of sets. They were hard, but I did them well and to completion. Then just to see I added 10 more pounds and did a set. 35 lbs. is a lot for me, as I've only been squatting the bar (15 lbs) and only been squatting for ~3 weeks. When I was done some guy asked if I was done on the Smith and I told him I was. He said "Awesome to see someone squatting, and squatting all the way - not just to parallel." Made me feel good since I usually feel pretty goofy in the weight room.
