Got my baby back...

    Well i dropped her off yesterday to have the valves replaced
    and i picked her up today with about an hour of good riding time left in the day. And boy did i forget the power i was missing. :love: but all is well now.
    Pickign up bike with so much more power all covered by warranty :hsd::hsd::hsd::blue::blue:

    Why did the valves need to be replaced?

    in '04 buells had issues with bad valves and the problem carried over to some of their '05s

    Were they giving you problems, was it a recall, or did you just have it done preemptively before the warranty expired?

    Im a Buell fan and would consider purchasing one if the get rid of those V twins.

    i was adding approx a 1/2 quart of oil every 500 miles or so and my gas mileage dropped to about 40/gal from 55/gal so they decided to replace them

    That thing would look :cool: with a fender eliminator and bar end mirrors.

    the mirrors will be on for next spring, im not sure about a fender elim. I like what i have now but im still not sure if i wanna keep it.
    Another change for next summer will be clip-ons over the handle bars

    Eh, I'm not a big fan of clip-ons, but I suppose it will kinda look like an American cafe racer. That'd be cool.
