I bought an imac off of ebay, plugged it in and the light on front kept flashing. So I called apple support, they determined that it's a bad power supply. They said that they are too new to order replacement parts to send out to the customers and that my only option is to take it to an apple store, the closest of which is 500 miles away Seems a little ridiculous that I can't send it in, doesn't it? I'll probably send it back to the guy I bought it from but I got a hell of a deal on it. Do you think complaining to apple will help, or is it pointless?
