so i decided to try out rugby and today was the first day of training. There was this one training exercise where I had to lay face down on the ground with my limbs sprawled out. Another person is suppose to try and flip me on my back while i try my best to stay on the ground face down. I wasn't ready and the other guy just yanked my left arm stright up and i heard a pop and it fucking hurt. Felt like my shoulder popped out of the socket for a bit. Should I be worried? It still kind of hurts when i extend my arm in certain angles. I'm suppose to go back to training tomorrow and thurs, what does OT recomment?
