got kinda hurt first day of rugby training...

    so i decided to try out rugby and today was the first day of training. There was this one training exercise where I had to lay face down on the ground with my limbs sprawled out. Another person is suppose to try and flip me on my back while i try my best to stay on the ground face down. I wasn't ready and the other guy just yanked my left arm stright up and i heard a pop and it fucking hurt. Felt like my shoulder popped out of the socket for a bit. Should I be worried? It still kind of hurts when i extend my arm in certain angles. :noes: I'm suppose to go back to training tomorrow and thurs, what does OT recomment?:hs:

    at the least it was a sublux...you need to go to the doc

    I will but what sucks is i forgot my usb cable for my camera at my friends 2hrs away...I'll just have to try and grab a cell pic. You're so gonna dig the new stuff :) the two guys I had chosen just by their portfolios were arm wrestling for the job haha.

    sublux is when it partially dislocates, but does not come all the way out...go see your trainer or regular doctor. They will give you simple strengthening exercises to help. Icing and ibuprofen will help...
    Where are you playing at?
