9.8% bros, you believe that shit?
I don't know why I ever started bulking.
id kill to be 9.8%, all the weight i gaine from my bulk magically appeared on my tummy and i ate pretty damn clean.
Got mine done last week, 6.9%
i need to get mine checked, but if i had to guess id say somewhere around the 15-17 range

i sit around 10-12% yr round... sub 10s are not bad at all
even with all the chocopies/cheescake you eat ?
Do you do regular cardio ?
i have a nice red box of chocopie sitting at home too
haven't ran my 5Ks for like 2 months now... been doing 10-25 minutes of slow walking though 3-4x week... guess that makes up for my caloric excess diet... lately i'm losing weight slowly, getting stronger and leaning up
need to start running again though for it's overall benefits... thinking about my first official 5K run in may

+1. Generally maintain 10% throughout summer and 12/13% the rest of the year. I would kill to be 9.8% after a bulk,

do you think that bf% can be held year round? any tips to go from 10% to 8-7%?
I'm sure it could, but at what price (ie. muscle fiber). I'm 6 weeks out, and definitely don't plan on staying sub 10% afterwards. Everyone's different, but I currently have carbs 3 times a day, 50g oats with breakfast, about 40g oats with lunch, and 40g before training, then about 1tbs honey post workout with my whey (17g). So I try to stay around 150 cutting my carbs all together early afternoon. Just keep your protein and amino's sky high and you'll be fine.
Id say im at 14 or 15% but that might be a stretch, i need to start working out bad. It sucks, i have a golf scholarship so when its really nice and sunny id rather spend the hole day at the golf course instead of working out
The last bulking phase I ran, which was at least a year ago, I hit 194 at 10.2%. I felt like complete shit.
