Got back to the gym today

    Missed a deadlift and squat day

    I guess it gave my hip a chance get a little better... still sore :(


    benching today, weight dropped 10lb :(

    body weight down around 8lb

    ah well, it'll get back

    The worst part now is trying to rework all the percentages and target weights for the meet.... :hs:

    Bitchin, mine is either on the 3rd or the 10th of December. It's a shame that my bench is still so pussified

    try being out 3 weeks for a fractured ankle... i'm returning at the start of next week.
