I know there are a few shitty ones, I just want to purchase one that is good and won't give me any feedback or static.

Do you have a stereo deck that has an input jack you could use? Or maybe just get a new deck that has an ipod input. I got one and never once regretted it.

yeah, for me i used to make sure the radio that came with my car had a tape deck so i could use a tape adapter. now i make sure that they come with an aux input. i try to avoid the ipod inputs only because i'd hate to see Apple change their connector or something and find that it no longer works with new equipment. at least the auxiliary connector is just a standard 1/8" stereo plug.

I guess from what I've read people say there really isn't a really good FM transmitters.

I saw a Sony CD player with IPOD control for $79.

The best thing to get, which works with no static, if u go on crutchfield . com

and put in FM-MOD01 into the search

all you need to do is remove the radio, unplug the antenna, plug the anetnna into the modulator, and plug the other plug from the modulator back into the radio, and wire up a switch, and thats it, works flawless

that site has it for 30, but i got the same one on amazon for 18 bucks

All of them are going to sound awful compared to what you can get from a Line-In.
