Alright so I found this switch knife about 4 years ago and thought whatever I got a swiss army knife and put it in a drawer. Well I came back upon it and to my realization it's a nice Spyderco. I found it while skiing and It was an EMT's knife as it is etched E.M.T.

What I am wondering is can I legally carry this in GA (Im leaning towards definitely but just wanted to make sure).

Anyways heres a pic I just took of it.

    (a) A person commits the offense of carrying a concealed weapon ...... knife designed for the purpose of offense and defense, .........

I don't think you would have any trouble with that. Far from an "Offensive" weapon IMO.

OOH, a guy at the range. He must be an expert. Did he charge you for this legal advice? Do you have him on retainer?

If it's clipped inside my pocket with the clip being exposed that would be legal correct.
