So I got a new full-time job (still doing anafit part time), and it's in a large mansion-sized house (the upstairs is the office, downstairs is the house)..

anyway, it's sorta in the middle of nowhere, so they don't expect people to drive 20 minutes to find something to eat for lunch, only to drive back and not have time to eat it...so they have 2 chefs that come in at 8:30 and cook us breakfast at 9:45am and lunch at 1:30pm...(we work a 9am-6pm day, meal time is ON the clock)..

anywho.. here's how it's been my first week:

    Monday
breakfast - scrambled eggs w/ cheese, fruit salad, sliced bananas, flakey biscuits
lunch - enchiladas, yellow rice, black beans,

    Tuesday
breakfast - omelette's with cheddar cheese, fruit salad, bacon
lunch - sirloin cheese burgers, fries, salad

wednesday - pancakes with nuts and blueberries, scrambled eggs, fruit salad
lunch - fresh sliced turkey, ham, roast beef, baskets filled with all types of bread (french bread, potato bread, rye bread, etc..), salad

    thursday
breakfast - some gross eggs with mushrooms/peppers/etc (everyone else liked 'em, but i like my eggs plain), croissant, fruit salad, bananas
lunch - two baked chickens, big dish with boneless/skinless chicken that was baked instuffing and a sweet carrot sauce, rice w/ veggies in it, french onion soup that we put in pre-set bowls that had a piece of bread+cheese in 'em.

    here's today's..

They make everything fresh and one of 'em is a hippie, so everything is organic etc.. it's all free, we can go out onto the patio/balcony or down by the pool and chill while we eat... awesome laid back environment.

i wait to eat until 1030 cuz i'm not eating carbs within 3 hours of waking up, but it's still tasty even after 45 mins.

    /gloat

I always thought getting carbs in the morning was a good thing.

depends on if you wanna burn fat or not :dunno:

keeping that sleep fasting going for a couple hours is a good thing for fatloss.

    it's a bulker's dream.

in between meals, they put our veggies and dip or pita bread and olive oil.

they want the employees to be happy so that we'll be more productive.. whatever we need, they get us. pretty awesome environment -- think google.

the funny prt is that all the food is brought up in parts, so we think they're done --- then boom, 2 more dishes outta nowhere.

yeah, one guy is from somewhere in south america so he always spices things up.. the other lady keeps it somewhat 'natural'.. i'll probably never eat a processed meal as long as i work there.. and it saves me a shit ton of money...no driving to a place to find food, and no buying food.

i do eat a can of tuna between bfast and lunch and a can of chicken breast at like 5 though.. but shit, 2$ a day compared to 15$..i'll take it.

not necessarily.. you can still get the same 'bulking' calories in, just move the carbs to the other hours of the day.. concentrate on protein/fats early in the day and late in the day, use protein/carbs in the middle portion.

Hm I might try this approach. I've been putting on quite a bit of pudge on this bulk.

manager of all Western US (west of the mississippi river) and international distribution for a holistic dog food company.

they've blown up since the whole pet food recall issue.. people couldn't buy this shit dog food made in china, so they started looking for alternatives.. ours is made in the US, has no preservatives, is all made to order..

it's expensive though, retail price is like 11.99 for a 4lb bag..we use elk, bison, white fish, salmon, etc..

in our lamb, barley and apples formula, for instance, we use 10 lbs of lamb meat in every 20 lbs of dog food.. same for the bison/elk, etc.. now i get free dog food :coold:

word, i just got a job at a real ritzy restaraunt, and i get ridiculous cuts of veil, steak, chicken, groper, salmon, chicken etc etc... only problem is that its incredibly tempting to hang out in the wait station and eat buttered bread :|

    i recommend it

but, i'd drain the water, then add more water and drain it again to get rid of the metallic taste
