Got 6 weeks to lose as much body fat % as possible

    I joined a fitness challenge at my school and the prize is a 42" plasma tv. My body fat percentage was 25% and i weighed in at 246. I am 5'11". I am in the gym almost everyday.
    Monday ~ Back and shoulders
    Tuesday ~ HIIT
    Wednesday ~ Chest and arms
    Thursday ~ HIIT
    Friday ~ Legs
    Saturday ~ HIIT
    Sunday ~ Rest

    I am trying to eat 5-6 small meals daily consisting of NO fast food, high starch foods, or high fructose corn syrup. I am trying to eat lots of lean protein, fruits, vegetables and lots of fiber.

    I guess my question is why should i do to speed up my results? Thanks guys!

    It looks like you will do really well as long as you stick to your diet. Make sure you are counting your calories, the more weight you lose, adjust your diet accordingly.

    I took a 2 week cycle of clen from UG labs and i really didn't notice much. The first few days I felt shakey but after that it wasn't a big deal at all. I got up to 100 mcg/day. Maybe it was bunk shit or not very potent.

    I managed to lower my BF% by 1% on the school fat calculator by downing 1.5L of water.

    is this because it will result in the most energy expenditure?

    how about rest periods? will shorter rest periods result in a greater weightloss? or just a shorter workout.
