I joined a fitness challenge at my school and the prize is a 42" plasma tv. My body fat percentage was 25% and i weighed in at 246. I am 5'11". I am in the gym almost everyday. Monday ~ Back and shoulders Tuesday ~ HIIT Wednesday ~ Chest and arms Thursday ~ HIIT Friday ~ Legs Saturday ~ HIIT Sunday ~ Rest I am trying to eat 5-6 small meals daily consisting of NO fast food, high starch foods, or high fructose corn syrup. I am trying to eat lots of lean protein, fruits, vegetables and lots of fiber. I guess my question is why should i do to speed up my results? Thanks guys!
