I fixed the titles for my webpages so that they show the article name first!

Well google won't crawl my page! I set it to the "fast" crawl mode and it hasn't been to my page since aug 14th!

All my search results still show the same crappy non SEO titles!!

How do I bump the crawler my way?

    go here...

    https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal#

and click the 2nd option on the left, website content.

I've found not only does it bring the bots out in force, it also seems to speed up the indexing process...You could also manually ping your urls a la a blog, google loves blogs.

EDIT: or use this... http://pingates.com/ and just make sure google is selected

well nothing has worked. The pages are still ranked like normal, but the page titles fail to update.

Google has every last index as my page title. Which is quite annoying since you wouldn't be able to tell exactly wehre you're going based on the title, except you pretty much have no doubt you'll be going to my web page!!

    Any suggestions?

submit some of the pages to social sites (digg, stumbleupon) and such? Might help get the new titles to change and index. Maybe also changing a bit more than just the titles? I don't know what they use to decide if it's time to re-index content or what makes them decide a page has been updated but maybe you just need to make a few more changes/additions.
