Goodmorning Weight.

    Last time I did them for a single at 220. That was back in August though, so I'm probably a little stronger

    Oh wow! Thats a ton of weight. I was doing 70s 3x12. But thats what I wanted to know.

    how low can you guys go, I am very inflexible so i can barely go down without rounding my back. i need yoga or something.

    stick your ass out and keep youor back arched.....going form arched to rounded with weight is a great way to fuck you back up

    i usually do 185lb for good reps. im 190lb.


    i dont like to go too heavy weight on GM's:o

    when i was doing CP i got a single of 315. Now I sit around 185-205 for sets of 6-8

    powerrack, but squat rack is fine. i have the pins on the level where im safely bent over

    That's about what I do for 3X12 too, I'm a lyteweight though.

    everytime i do these i get a sharp pain in my tailbone at the bottom of the movement, my guess is im doing them wrong but when i look at my form it looks good.

    you need a stretching routine, hip flexibility can hinder a lot of lifts IMHO.

    I suck I rep out like 95 lbs right now. I'm such a pussy.

    for comparision i deadlift 335 :dunno:

    i could do more weight i guess

    495x5 cambered full rom
    615 x 1 chain sus


    I usually do lighter bar weight and heavier band tension now, more of an emphasis on accelerating the hips. I also do them in timed sets. I never saw the point or felt the carryover from doing them for a main move.
