I got a buddy who only drinks Muscle Milk, Cytosport's Whey, and some no name Amino Acid stuff :dunno: He doesn't take anything else and he's pretty broly. I gotta get him something for x-mas around the price range of $30, ideally something from GNC since it's close. Any ideas? :hs:

To be honest with you, aside from basic supplements you know your buddy takes, stay away from fitness/weight lifting related gifts. Everyone has different tastes in regards to training. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten a pair of lifting gloves or something from someone that has no idea what I do, just knows that I'm lift weights a lot. The thought is great, but you don't want to buy something thats going to get returned or collect dust in the corner.

Aside from that, a foam roller is a great gift for anyone.
