There's a few in the SF bay area I might attend.
The WS on lighting looks like they could be fun.

Anyone ever go to one? Or are they stupd FUUUUU scams for my monies.

We were talking about this...but in UT we have a few occasional workshops. Look at the reviews and stuff, but I've liked the ones I've attended. Only about $20 with a model or two, just depends on the meet.

    $20 with a model? that's mega cheap.

Whuh..that's crazy. Might as well do an actual workshop (by a notable photographer). The ones I've attended are pretty basic and geared more for beginners, which is fine cause I'm still learning and always pick up something, but the best is we get access to a studio and more importantly a model or two and a make up artist.

Yeah the ones in the bay area are pretty pricey. One of the reasons why I haven't actually attended one yet.

We should get an OTAP bay area thing going.
Except I lurk and probably nobody will know who I am

Everything in the bay is pricey. Hell, try crossing a bridge...
