iweb will publish to any website. you just need to export the webpage to a folder then drag that folder to the host.

    but i use dreamweaver.

iweb works... but its really basic.... are any of these programs easy or do they all require knowledge of some form of programming language?

well if you want to do websites, then you could always use any editor for html. but if you want to do server side scripts, then you're going to need to learn how to program. none of them will do it for you. so if you're just looking to do web pages, then iweb is your best bet without doing any code.
