Just to basically stay as healthy as possible?

I don't eat nearly as much/often as I should, so I think I'm going to start taking a multivitamin at the least. Is there anything else that would be beneficial to take?

Also, I remember a post where someone posted a few different things to help with joint pain. If someone knows what those were, it would also be greatly appreciated.

That's a good amount of stuff. I only take a multi-vitamin. Has all that made a noticeable impact on how you feel daily? Placebo or not I generally just feel better when I take my multi in the morning and drink alot of water through out the day. After I stepped up my training my body got worn out pretty fast and I got sick so I've been looking in to adjusting my diet and getting more supplements.

Whey to supplement my daily protein intake if I need to, and its great for pre/post workout shakes.

I also add maltodextrin and dextrose to my PWO to get fast absorbing carbs.

Some people have had luck with Cissus for joints but more prefer glucosamine.
