It seems to me the only vampire movies I've ever seen were Underworld(s), which were pretty weaksauce. So I need some recommendations on good ones to rent. List away!

Dracula 2000, Blade Trilogy, Interview with the Vampire, and Queen of the Damned are the only ones that drew my attention in that list. The rest looked pretty meh.

Then of course there's the originals: Dracula (1931) and Nosferatu.

    And Salem's Lot.

Dracula & Nosferatu, you really have to be in the mood to appreciate an 80 year old movie.

But EVERYBODY should see Salem's Lot. The scene where the little brother is trying to get in the window is just :noes:

I haven't seen the movie yet, but have read the first book. Which was, um, rather girly.

    Seriously though, Nosferatu is awesome.

Also, check out Shadow of the Vampire. :bigthumb:

Nosferatu is just Dracula with weirder makeup and no audio. :dunno: It's worth watching, but I don't know if I'd call it awesome.

that movie was fucking awful. It was a waste of $12 when I went to the theatre for it.
