I've never used fitday, but pen and paper seems to work just fine. I find out the calories by reading labels or looking up foods in my calorieking book or calorieking.com. Anything else I can't find, I just google. There are quite a few sites out there to help you find the calories of foods you eat.

What I like about calorieking, is that if you're having a hard time finding a food, they usually have generic averages for alot of foods that u can estimate with.

:werd: I have 400 texts (but I use a txt thru email service to txt my girlfriend for free), 450 minutes w/ rollover, and unlimited data my monthly bill is like $67.

details? This is off the topic, but how can you avoid the data plan with an unlocked phone. I want an iphone and Im going month to month with sprint right now. If I could switch and get a better phone I would probably do it.

:werd: It has probably been the biggest help in me losing over 90 pounds since December 3. It keeps me accountable and lets me know exactly what I have had, so I can't just say I didn't know it was that bad. Keeps me under 1,500 calories a day like clockwork.

If you're a guy, you should never be eating under 1,500 calories.

    1500 txts with mine.

I honestly could never go back to a phone that isn't the iphone.

That would be like fucking a model and then all of a sudden your model gets replaced with some national geographic tribe woman with turndown titties.

    All set with that.

    You don't know his situation.

Is that the name of the app? "Lost It"? I'm having trouble finding it via just that name. Who makes it? Though it could be due to the fact it's not available in Australian apps store.

Yep, fuckers! Found it via an alternate site. But it appears when I try to access it via my iPhone I can't access it. Fuckin' APPLE!
