Besides glucosamine and chondroitin? I'm just not used to the older male body, and so lifting with my dad is foreign to me. I don't know what to suggest for him to minimize joint stress and all of that, and what I REALLY don't want to happen is to burn him out before he even really gets started. He also had tennis elbow 2 years ago he's afraid of reinflaming, and still has mild carpal tunnel syndrome in one wrist which he has a brace for. I would love to get him on HGH therapy, but I think he's a little scared of it, and from what I hear it might be difficult to find a doctor who would recommend it.
