well, i got into a motorcyle accident lil over a month ago---which spained my left wrist and right thumb. I havent been working out since. Its really pissing me off and same time im getting smaller and feel like my muscle packed his bag and left me :wtc:

as of now, i still cant lift 100% of my strength since i sprained my wrist. its still got pain when i lift >60% of the weight i was used to.

and i dont know how long this is gonna take to fully heal.

so my question is.....is there anything i can do to help this shit heal fast or any supplements i can take to support it?

I take 3g MSM and about 6g Glutamine daily.

Heard Glucosamine does a good job too.

My mom used to own a company. We had an HGH product, we have cases.

Buuut, it doesn't contain Human Growth Hormone, it stimulates your body to produce it. I think you were thinking the other.

    Here's what's in it:
    Vitamin B3 (as Niacin) 10mg
    Proprietary Blend: 1,383.6mg
    L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, L-Lysine, Creatine (Monohydrate), HMB (Hydroxy Beta Mthlburate Calcium Salt), L-Glutamine, Digestive Enzyme Blend, L-Asparatic Acid, L-Leucine, L-Proline, Ionic Mineral Blend, L-Threoline, L-Isolecine, L-Valine, L-Serine, L-Alanine, L-Cysteine, L-Tyrosine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Glycine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan, Bioperine, L-Hydroxyproline.

Knox Nutrajoint works very well. It contains hydrolyzed collagen protein and glucosamine HCI. One provides 10g of the protein and 1.5g of glucosamine. I take two.
