well, i got into a motorcyle accident lil over a month ago---which spained my left wrist and right thumb. I havent been working out since. Its really pissing me off and same time im getting smaller and feel like my muscle packed his bag and left me as of now, i still cant lift 100% of my strength since i sprained my wrist. its still got pain when i lift >60% of the weight i was used to. and i dont know how long this is gonna take to fully heal. so my question is.....is there anything i can do to help this shit heal fast or any supplements i can take to support it?
