wats a good supplement for cutting?
i hear a lot of people like thermorexin. ECA stacks. Personally i take green tea extract, and have some sesapure on the way.
pure ephedrine and caffiene stack
Fish oil (meg 3 and enteric coated reccomended)
green tea (standardized for EGCG)
hoodia (though quality varies a lot)
note- aspirin only is effective is a select subset of obese women. Generally, unless you need blood thinning, there is no reason to take it with the EC stack.

Tetradecylthioacetic acid. This compound, more than other natural ppar-a ligands (and similar to fibrate drugs), seems to cause lethargy and muscle weakness. Likely because of lack of specificity of binding. There are several reported instances of it causing rhabdomyolysis, however this has not been clinically confirmed.

2-3g / day of EPA/DHA
if i don't have fish burps, would it still be worth the extra money for them? thanks
debateable. there are other purported benefits, but they are not established. (freshness, bioavailailability being the 2 primary)
I get hot n bothered(nauseous) when I take about 200mg caffiene before the gym. Will ephedra probably do the same but way more hardcore?
