I'm trying to do a quick, clean 1 month bulk and then cut mid march or early april. I know the popular option is starr 5 x 5, but is there something more versatile? I don't like that routine..can i go for more of a regular routine and change the reps? example: incline bb bench - 10-12 reps flat bb bench - 10 - 12 reps machine flys - 10 -12 reps db flys - 10 - 12 reps except, change the reps to 3-6, or something? Has anyone tried something like that and had fairly good results, or would that be a stupid choice?
