I know how to eat, but I don't know how to separate exercises into specific days. For example, when I worked out in the past, I didn't isolate muscle groups properly. I'd do deadlifts the same day as curls, etc. What would be a good 5-day breakdown for someone just starting out? If it matters, I'm trying to gain weight rather than lose it. I'll figure out what weights to use, but the proper number of reps and sets would be helpful as well.
