Good Split?

    I plan on going 4 x times a week..
    Day 1 - Chest/Bis
    Day 2 - Back/Tris
    Day 3 - Shoulders/legs
    Day 4 - Cardio/stomach

    Is this a good split?

    Chest/Tri/abs
    back/bi/abs
    day off
    Shoulders/abs
    Legs/abs
    day off
    day off

    Do cardio when you can
