Hey, just wondering what people bring into work to snack on between meals. I was thinking maybe some nuts or jerky. Any other ideas?

I usually bring an apple, nectarine, two tuna sandwiches, a breast of chicken or two, two eggs, a protein shake, and sometimes some vegetables of some sort.

Big can of Oats. It's less than $2 and lasts a couple of weeks. That is one meal a day right there. Peanut butter, is another good one.
